Abstract requirements
Abstract submission
Papers (up to 10 min) and posters will be grouped into corresponding subtopics. Papers (up to 10 min) and plenary lectures (up to 20 min) will be grouped into corresponding subtopics. The organising committee reserves the right to determine the number and type of plenary lectures.

Submission deadline – 15.08.2026
Abstracts must include
— First name and surname of all authors
— Affiliation of the authors
— A sufficiently informative title
— Type of material (paper / poster)
— A short description (up to 1,200 characters) of the aim, material, methods and results of the work
Presentation format
All presentations (papers) must be in MS PowerPoint format for Windows, without external links. Final submission of the papers takes place on site during registration.
Abstracts are accepted only as MS Word for Windows files.
Confirmation
The author (first author) will be notified whether the submission has been accepted within 1 week of sending it. The notification letter will be sent to the email address from which the submission was made.
